CALCULATE

Tips
Making collective orders reduces the material price of individual pieces. In the case of such orders, give the total weight of the order and divide it by the number of pieces.

Basis for calculations
- The material price is based on the opening rate for fine metals of 26.09.2023
- Incl. alloy costs and processing
- Excluding casting, post-processing, shipping and VAT
-- The material costs will not be charged for castings in bronze, inox and iron.

NB:
The price is only an indication and not binding! The amount invoiced will be calculated according to the rate on the expedition date.

Tips

FROM A MODEL

Precision casting from a model means: you provide us with a model of the part you require, either as a wax or a steel model. Using this template we make a rubber or (if requested) a silicone mould from which we can then produce the wax castings.

Silikonform

We only used coded rubber moulds that give us complete control and allow us to store the precise pressure, vacuum and injection times. Furthermore, every mould is stored in our archive so that the client can access it via our web login at any time and make another order.

Gummiform

The wax casting (positive) then becomes the plaster mould (negative), with which we can then carry out the precision casting, either as a static or a centrifugal process, depending on the metal. Then the desired product is completed in our Finishing Department.
